Jinan Qinghe Electric's Transformer Production Workshop Fully Launches the Critical Campaign for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Enhancement

2025/07/10 15:10

Recently, the production workshop of Jinan Qinghe Electric has an upsurge in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement actions. Wang Qinbo, the company's Chairman, personally took command, delving into core workstations such as transformer winding, distribution cabinet assembly, and box-type substation general assembly to inspect the campaign's effectiveness on-site and award excellent proposal teams. Through the dual-track mechanism of "Golden Idea Collection + Post Practical Optimization," this campaign has achieved a decrease in material loss rate per transformer and an increase in per capita production capacity, injecting new momentum into the high-quality delivery of power grid equipment.

Ⅰ. Workshop Battle: From "Micro-innovation" to "Hard Indicators"

Led by the Chairman, the special team conducted penetrating diagnostics on the three major workshops. At the winding workstation, the Chairman inspected the application effect of new high-temperature resistant insulating paper, confirming a cost reduction of ¥320 per transformer.

Ⅱ. Employee Wisdom: Turning "Golden Ideas" into "Golden Keys"

The campaign received a total of 127 employee proposals, with 27 already implemented:

Innovation Award: The Technical Department proposed the "Modular Pre-installation of Box-type Substations" scheme, shortening the general assembly man-hours by 3 hours per unit, and won a bonus of ¥10,000.

Efficiency Award: The welding team improved the welding path of grounding flat steel, reducing argon gas costs by ¥50,000 annually, and the team won ¥1,000.

"Workers understand production pain points best, and their creativity is the real productive force!" the Chairman emphasized at the award ceremony.

Ⅲ. Long-term System: Integrating Cost Control into Production DNA

To achieve continuous optimization, the company has established three major mechanisms:

Digital Kanban: The workshop kanban monitors single-unit energy consumption and material indicators in real time (compared with industry benchmark values).

Red-Yellow-Blue Early Warning: Raw material overconsumption >5% automatically triggers a rectification process.

Improvement Points System: Employee proposals are linked to promotions and equity incentives.

Ⅳ. Industry Value: Injecting "Efficient Genes" into Power Grid Construction

State Grid Order Response: Delivery cycle compressed from 45 days to 33 days.

Simultaneous Quality Improvement: Transformer product qualification rate reaches 100%.

The Chairman concluded: "Cost reduction is not about price pressure but about enhancing competitiveness through technological innovation and lean management. In the next three years, we aim to become the 'cost-optimal solution' supplier in the power grid equipment sector!"
